Honestly, when I was working I don't save religiously. I realized how important it is when I quit from my job and learned that for 8 years of working, I save nothing! Although, I know I am the breadwinner of the family but not a valid excuse after all.Anyway, past is past. Let's move on! So, how good are you in saving? Why need to save? How much per pay day? Those are the basic questions we asked to ourselves. We just need to do it and we just need to be consistent.
In my case, I will be trying my very best to save, though I don't have a great income this time since I am only earning online but I know I can do it.
There are various ways to save like spending less, make and stick to a budget and so on and so forth! but, the main core here is to start saving TODAY and my personal mission is to set aside 5-10 percent of what I earned regularly. I will try forget about it, I know it's not easy but just think it's a payment to a certain loan(hmmmm..)...It might be a less significant amount in the start but remember it will always accumulates. I never was one to be able to save either. I hope to change that. Right now I have a little over $50 in savings. I hope to get better at it as the year passes. :)
ReplyDeletehahahha. its true, its hard to save, if you will save, its easy to get or withdraw it.. thats my mission also for this year. 10 pesos a day since i am based here in Philippines.. so good luck to all of us LOL
